1. Bookings
All bookings are accepted subject to vehicle availability. Bookings can be made by telephone, through our online booking system or via the Esher Cars app. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
2. Fares and Payment
Fares are quoted in advance and are based on the journey details provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, changes to the route, parking, tolls or congestion charges. Payment may be made by cash, credit/debit card or via an approved corporate account.
3. Waiting Time
For airport pickups, a free waiting period applies from the time your flight lands. For all other journeys, your driver will wait up to 5 minutes free of charge; waiting time after this may be charged.
4. Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations made after the vehicle has been dispatched may be charged in full.
5. Passengers and Luggage
The number of passengers and items of luggage must not exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. The driver may refuse to carry passengers who are abusive, intoxicated or who behave in a way that may endanger the driver or vehicle.
6. Soiling and Damage
A cleaning charge may be applied if the vehicle is soiled or damaged during your journey.
7. Lost Property
Any lost property found in our vehicles will be held at our office. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have left something behind.
8. Liability
While we make every effort to ensure journeys are completed on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control.
