Assistance dogs
We welcome assistance dogs, including guide dogs, hearing dogs and other trained assistance dogs. Our drivers will carry you and your assistance dog, and there is never any extra charge for doing so. Your dog may travel with you in the passenger compartment. A driver may only refuse to carry an assistance dog if they hold a medical exemption certificate issued by the licensing authority.
Telling us what you need
If you need any help getting in or out of the vehicle, with luggage or a mobility aid, or have other access needs, please tell us when you book by phone on 0208 398 7676, by WhatsApp or by email to info@eshercars.uk. We will confirm what we can provide before your journey.
Wheelchair users
We can provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Please tell us when you book that you need one, by phone on 0208 398 7676, by WhatsApp or by email to info@eshercars.uk, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle for your journey. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are subject to availability, so we recommend booking in advance.
